Delve Underground seeks a Lead Seller-Doer Coaching Lead to guide a team of coaches and shape the company's Seller-Doer program. You will model great coaching, participate in pursuit strategy, and support client development.

You will collaborate with the CSO, Director of Growth, and Market Leads, manage a personal coaching portfolio, and ensure data accuracy in CRM while driving growth in mega pursuits. Compensation reflects market location; no recruiters.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in AEC business development, marketing, or pursuit strategy.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills; comfortable presenting to technical audiences and firm leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, communications, marketing, business, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Sets coaching standards, portfolio caseload sizing, and curriculum for the Seller-Doer coaching team.
• Lead, develop, and manage the Seller-Doer coaching team including senior and mid-level coaches.
• Co-lead Seller-Doer training programs with senior leadership.
• Coordinate with proposal and pursuit teams on timelines and strategy documents.
• Track coaching activity and outcomes; report metrics to leadership.
