Stealth Startup is seeking a professional to establish and manage a sell-side advisory practice within a rapidly scaling firm. The role involves handling valuations, CIMs, buyer marketing, and deal execution, while also building a team as volume grows. Candidates should have proven sell-side M&A experience and a track record of closing deals in the $.5M–$10M range. Compensation includes a 40% commission on all sell-side deal fees and potential long-term equity participation.
