Job summary

InforCapital, partnership, is seeking a Head of Sell-Side M&A in Miami to lead exclusive sell-side mandates from founder and family-owned businesses within the $5M to $50M EV range. This senior role requires a proven background in investment banking and a strong sector focus in B2B technology, dual-use/defense, energy, or manufacturing.

You will manage the end-to-end sell-side processes, mentor team members, and partner closely with leadership to enhance strategic initiatives. Compensation is based purely on success-fee revenue share, with no base salary.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of investment banking experience focused on sell-side M&A.
• Proven track record in originating mandates independently.
• Ability to guide owners through emotional sale processes.

Responsibilities

• Source and win exclusive sell-side mandates from businesses in the $5M to $50M EV range.
• Lead the sell-side process from start to finish.
• Build relationships with lower-middle-market PE sponsors and strategic acquirers.
• Partner with leadership on strategy and platform development.
• Mentor team members as the practice scales.
