Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field and human services program experience in a lead or supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience as a trainer for benefits programs is preferred.
• Veteran and/or Disabled Veteran status is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and programmatic supervision to staff.
• Reviews case management plans to include quality assurance of case management services.
• Develops written guidelines for delivery of case management services; assigns caseloads to staff.
• Coordinates and monitors activities of staff; holds conferences to review cases and problems.
• Recommends hiring, disciplinary actions, transfer, promotion, and termination of personnel; develops performance standards.
• Maintains records and prepares reports; ensures compliance with regulations and policies.
• Interprets laws, policies, and regulations and makes decisions based thereon; plans and supervises service delivery and training.
• Communicates with internal and external customers and develops cooperative relationships.
