Job summary

Public Storage seeks Property Managers to work independently across multiple locations, blending indoor and outdoor tasks to keep spaces ready to rent. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure inventory and availability.

Auditing cash drawers, processing deposits, and helping customers stay current with payments are daily duties. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between sites, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Ability to travel between locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder calls when required.
