Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers who work independently across multiple locations, combining inside tasks with outdoor site activity to meet customer storage needs and upsell packing supplies.

You will perform daily unit inspections, confirm inventory, handle cash drawers and bank deposits, keep customers up to date on payments, and make reminder and collection calls when needed. A valid driver's license and mobility between sites are required.

Qualifications

• Candidates come from customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
