Job summary

Public Storage is hiring Property Managers to work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.

Daily tasks include inspecting storage units, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping customers stay current with payments through reminders. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
