Job summary

Universal Storage Group seeks a Relief Manager to join our team at our Rincon and Savannah locations. You will participate in a four-phase training program on sales, operations, and marketing, then take on responsibilities across the facility including customer service, paperwork, and daily cash handling.

The role requires a valid driver's license, background and drug screening, and an aptitude assessment. The position offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and benefits as described in the

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Successfully complete background check.
• Successful completion of drug screen.
• Attitude and aptitude testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the facility with a smile and handshake.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate unit size.
• Complete all rental paperwork accurately.
• Perform facility walk-throughs and lock checks.
• Post payments received that day and track past-due accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes.
• Make daily bank deposits and post receipts.
• Engage in monthly marketing activities (calls, visits, emails, social media, events).
• Maintain merchandise for sale and keep units clean and presentable.
• Ensure grounds, office, and restrooms are clean at all times.
• Prepare auction units per procedure and lien laws as needed.
• Assume other duties as required.
