AAA Storage City is seeking a Relief Manager to join Universal Storage Group’s growing operation. The role involves frontline customer service, sales assistance, and managing day-to-day storage facility tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include tenant consultations, paperwork accuracy, daily bank deposits, monthly marketing efforts, stock upkeep, and maintaining a clean, secure facility. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Successfully Complete Background Check
• Successfully Complete Drug Screen
• Attitude and Aptitude Testing

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers at the facility with a smile and handshake
• Helping customers determine the best unit size before each rental
• Completing all paperwork correctly for each rental
• Completing scheduled facility Walk Thru and Lock checks
• Posting all payments the day of receipt
• Tracking and following up on past due accounts
• Record keeping of customer records including payments and notes
• Daily bank deposits and posting receipts as instructed
• Monthly marketing activities: calls, visits, emails, social posts, events
• Maintaining merchandise for customer purchases
• Cleaning vacant units to rentable condition
• Ensuring grounds, office and bathrooms are clean and presentable
• Preparing auction units according to procedure and lien laws
