Responsibilities

Online Reputation & Reviews

• Maintain a clean, presentable property that encourages positive customer impressions and online reviews.
• Provide service that earns five-star feedback, and—when appropriate—invite satisfied tenants to share their experience on Google.
• Action any tenant concerns quickly and directly to resolve issues before they affect the site’s online reputation.
