Responsibilities

Replace light bulbs, fix leaky faucets, and paint walls.
Inspect building systems and grounds regularly.
Assist with landscaping, debris removal, and cleaning to maintain curb appeal.
Respond promptly to maintenance issues.
Follow safety guidelines and keep a clean, organized work environment.
Greet tenants and visitors warmly to encourage rentals.
Guide prospects through the rental process and close rentals.
Build relationships with tenants to drive retention.
Identify opportunities to improve on-site customer experience.
Maintain a clean property to encourage positive impressions and reviews.
Provide five-star service and invite tenants to review on Google when appropriate.
Address tenant concerns quickly to protect the site’s online reputation.
