Job summary

Glacier West is seeking a Property Manager to support daily operations at a self-storage facility, handling customer service, sales, site inspections, and payment processing. The role requires strong communication, basic maintenance ability, and the capacity to work independently, with some travel within the district.

You will be responsible for day-to-day facility operations, assisting customers, answering calls and emails, conducting site checks, and coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in self-storage management or customer service preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Light cleaning and basic maintenance experience.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and cleanliness of assigned properties.
• Provide excellent customer service experience.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Conduct daily site checks and property inspections.
• Assist customers seeking storage units and collect payments.
• Contact delinquent occupants and perform reporting.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on site.
