Qualifications

• Experience in self-storage management or customer service preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.
• Self-storage experience is a plus.
• Clean driving record requested.

Responsibilities

• Handle day to day operations of the facility.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Answer calls and emails promptly.
• Perform daily site checks.
• Assist customers seeking storage units.
• Collect and process payments.
• Contact delinquent occupants.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance.
• Conduct property inspections.
• Coordinate contractor and vendor work on site.
• Maintain cleaning standards.
• Operate power tools.
