Glacier West Self Storage in Arlington, WA is seeking a dedicated Property Manager for a full-time storage facility role. You will handle day-to-day operations, assist customers, collect payments, and coordinate maintenance with on-site contractors, while delivering excellent service and ensuring security and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has cleaning/maintenance experience, self-storage familiarity, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager, with great technical and people skills, to play a key role at our Glacier West Location in Arlington, WA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handles day to day operations of the facility
• Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Performs daily site checks
• Collecting and processing payments
• Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance
• Property Inspections
• Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site
• Adhering to cleaning standards of the property.
• Use of power tools is required.
• Location Open Monday - Saturday
  • M-F 9:30am - 6:00pm
  • Saturday 9:30am - 5:00pm
  • Schedule is typically Tuesday - Saturday for this role, however, flexibility is required
