Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• Two years of related business experience is a plus.
• Ability to use basic computer systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Promotes rentals by handling inquiries and providing information.
• Builds extended rentals by resolving customer problems quickly.
• Assists Property Manager with financial controls and cash handling.
• Collects funds, posts payments, and makes deposits.
• Completes renter and vacate transactions accurately.
• Prepares forms and reports as directed by the Property Manager.
• Utilizes computer systems effectively to manage records.
• Open/close office daily and maintain cleanliness.
