Go Store It is seeking a Part-Time Self-Storage Store Manager in Huntersville, NC. This on-site role focuses on daily site maintenance, customer service and unit readiness.

You will walk the property, fix minor repairs, keep common areas clean, greet tenants, and guide prospects through the rental process to drive occupancy. Requirements: high school diploma and valid driver's license; a college degree is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks or anything else off.
• Fix small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets and simple repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare them for the next renter.
• Greet tenants and visitors warmly to support rentals and retention.
• Guide prospects through the rental process and close new rentals.
