Job summary

Go Store It in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Part-Time Self-Storage Store Manager to keep our property clean, secure, and welcoming. You’ll be on-site 20-25 hours a week, greet tenants, guide renters through the process, and help maintain the property.

Daily tasks include walking the property, fixing small issues, turning over units after move-outs, managing gates and alarms, and delivering five-star customer service to drive rentals and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work on-site in Huntersville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and inspect for trash, damage, leaks, lights out.
• Fix small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets and simple repairs.
• Keep the place clean across hallways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs; sweep and prep for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms; ensure they’re working.
• Greet tenants and assist on-site customers when needed.
• Build relationships with tenants to drive retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve the on-site customer experience.
• Encourage and manage online reviews to support reputation.
