Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rent self storage units and sell related merchandise and services.
• Provide outstanding customer service; handle inquiries promptly and promote online reviews.
• Accept and process rent payments; reconcile payments daily and perform bank deposits.
• Perform collections for past due accounts and prepare auction paperwork.
• Prepare reports and schedules; manage store staff and store cleanliness.
• Schedule and supervise minor repairs; coordinate with contractors.
• Advise management of repairs or major maintenance needs; maintain security.
