Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or self-storage is a plus.
• Willing to work Mon-Fri 9:30 AM–6:00 PM and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work independently inside an office and on the property.
• Perform general property care, cleaning and maintenance.
• Conduct daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
