US Storage Centers is seeking an Assistant Manager Self Storage (Part-Time) to join a diverse, inclusive team in Plano, TX. You will market and sell storage solutions, split time between office and on-site property, and help with maintenance to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

The role offers a clear growth path, with paid time off, 401(k), mileage reimbursement, and on-going training. Schedule is Mon, Wed and Thu 9:30AM–6:00PM, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/sales is a plus.
• Must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center.
• Able to work regular business hours; Mon, Wed and Thu 9:30AM–6:00PM; weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance
• Daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
