Job summary

US Storage Centers is seeking an Assistant Manager Self Storage (Part-Time) to market and rent storage spaces, assist customers, and maintain the property in a safe, welcoming environment.

The role follows a part-time schedule with days and hours aligning to store hours; pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour and benefits include 401(k) plan and paid time off. Real ID or passport may be required for training at the San Antonio center.

Qualifications

• Real ID or Passport required for training center travel (effective 5/7/25).
• Previous retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance
• Daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
• Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required to perform the essential functions of the job
