Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with P&L exposure
• High School diploma or GED
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be technically savvy and learn POS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Physically able to perform maintenance duties and lift 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the facility, including renting units and selling merchandise
• Generate sales and maintain high occupancy through advertising and customer relations
• Manage collections, deposits, and customer calls
• Show and rent units based on tenant needs with best storage solutions
• Sell merchandise, upsell insurance, schedule moving trucks
• Assist with auction preparations and tenant communications
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster positive reviews
• Maintain curb appeal and perform minor maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
