Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a hands-on Self Storage Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, and customer service at one of its storage properties in Indiana. You will manage maintenance, security, and administrative duties while balancing sales performance with operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of managerial experience, strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of managerial experience required.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional presentation and customer service orientation.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
• Ability to solve problems involving residents, personnel, finances, and maintenance.
• General maintenance knowledge (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and clean background check.

• Lease units and provide exceptional customer service.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for insurance, merchandise, and rentals.
• Perform daily property walks and maintenance tasks.
