Job summary
Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a hands-on Self Storage Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, lease units, and deliver exceptional customer service at our storage facility. The role balances sales performance with operational excellence, including maintenance, security, and compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of managerial experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean background.
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Rent storage units and meet/exceed sales goals for unit rentals, insurance, and merchandise.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with tenants.
- Perform opening/closing duties and maintain office, property, and units.
- Conduct daily property walks, handle maintenance requests, and ensure security and cleanliness.
- Coordinate basic maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC) and oversee vendor coordination.
- Maintain records of rentals, maintenance activities, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to local and state regulations and company policies.
