Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management in Anchorage seeks a Multi-site Self Storage Facility Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites. You will drive revenue, occupancy, customer satisfaction, and property upkeep while leading onsite teams and coordinating with regional leadership.

The role requires 2-3 years of property management, multi-site experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Formación

2-3 years of property managerial experience; multi-site management preferred.
Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
Valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; pass background check.

Responsabilidades

Oversee sales strategies and customer service standards across multiple facilities.
Train staff to meet sales goals for rentals and services.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, and tenant retention; take corrective actions.
Manage payments, deposits, and cash handling; review financial reports.
Coordinate maintenance, safety, and inspections across sites.
Ensure compliance with company policies and state/local regulations.
Lead and coach facility managers and onsite staff.
Maintain accurate rental and maintenance records.
