Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rent storage spaces using strong sales strategies.
• Provide excellent service and build rapport with customers.
• Accept payments and perform daily bank deposits.
• Prepare auction units according to procedure and lien laws.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous, timely manner.
• Meet sales goals for insurance, merchandise, and unit rentals.
• Open/close the office at the start/end of day.
• Keep the property and office clean and well-maintained.
