Mini Mall Storage Properties is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) in Hot Springs, AR. You will assist customers in person, by phone, and online, blending service, sales, and operations to find the right storage solutions while keeping facilities safe, clean, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• A background check is part of the hiring process.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and daily reconciliations.
• Assist with maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Occasionally lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
