Westport Properties is hiring an Assistant Manager Self Storage to operate our Santa Rosa and Sebastopol sites, marketing storage solutions and handling rent-ready units with a focus on customer service.

This full-time role offers a schedule Tue–Sat with a pay range of $18.75–$20.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and potential on-site housing at select locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and sales skills are important.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work both indoors in the office and outdoors on-site.
• Perform general property care, cleaning and maintenance.
• Conduct daily property walk-throughs to confirm units are ready to rent.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional storage experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
