Job summary

Westport Properties is seeking an Assistant Manager for US Storage Centers. The role combines inside sales with field work on-site at properties across locations. You will market self-storage solutions, ensure spaces are ready to rent, and handle day-to-day property operations.

The position is full-time with a work schedule around 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, requiring travel of about 50% or more. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, or customer service/sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work independently inside the office and outside on the property.
• Perform general property care, cleaning and maintenance.
• Conduct daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready to rent.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to perform essential duties.
