Westport Properties, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for our self-storage properties in California. The role reports to the District Manager and requires flexibility to travel 50% or more of the time.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
• Self-storage exposure is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and selling skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily self-storage center operations and customer interactions.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to service quality.
• Coordinate with district manager and training initiatives as needed.
