Job summary

Westport Properties, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager Self Storage to market and rent storage spaces at Santa Rosa—Lombardi, CA and Sebastopol—Southpoint locations. You will balance office duties with on-site property work, ensuring units are rentable and maintained to standard.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend shifts, a pay range of $18.75–$20.00 per hour, and opportunities for growth through our training programs and internal promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Must have valid Real ID or Passport to travel to training center.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work inside office and outside on the property.
• Perform general property care, cleaning and maintenance.
• Conduct daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
