Job summary

US Storage Centers is seeking an Assistant Manager to operate self-storage facilities in Carson, Wilmington, Figueroa, and Harbor City areas. The role emphasizes customer-focused sales, property upkeep, and accurate payments, with travel to training centers as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in self-storage, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Able to market and sell storage solutions to customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to customers.
• Work inside and outside on-site properties.
• Perform routine property maintenance and cleaning.
• Conduct daily property walk to verify space readiness.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Travel 10–25% for training and store visits.
