Job summary

Talentify is seeking an experienced mortgage loan originator to generate production through self-sourced channels in the Phoenix area. Qualifications

• 2+ years of external/outside retail mortgage loan origination experience.
• Ability to establish referral partner relationships in the market.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage products, procedures, and government rules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain programs and terms.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage and related loan applications; develop long-term referral relationships.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities with other sales representatives.
• Review applications, gather documents, and submit packages for approval.
• Complete mandatory training and perform other duties as assigned.
