Foothills Bank in Arizona is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to grow residential mortgage loan activity by soliciting borrowers, Realtors, and builders. You will pre-qualify applicants, gather documents, and guide them through underwriting and closing in collaboration with processors and closers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years outside sales experience, knowledge of FHA/VA/conventional programs, and proficiency with Ellie Mae Encompass.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years outside sales experience.
• Experience in residential and mortgage lending.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA and conventional procedures.
• Proficiency in Ellie Mae Encompass Software.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Knowledge of mortgage regulatory guidelines.
