Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Nashville is seeking an experienced Superintendent to plan, forecast, and lead Self-Perform Operations (SPO) across drywall and general trades projects.

You will supervise SPO trades, ensure safety and quality, and drive production planning, staffing, and schedule adherence while coordinating with Owners, Architects, and Engineers to resolve field issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of interior systems and related tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, lead, direct, and coordinate work of SPO staff, subcontractors, and suppliers on drywall and general trades projects.
• Oversee and confirm adherence to contracted scope for safety, schedule, quality, and production planning.
• Supervise trade labor and coordinate staffing with forepersons to ensure project productivity.
• Monitor and report progress, materials, and take-off work; manage procurement and subcontractor payments.
