Job summary

The Brain Injury Association of Colorado is seeking a Program Manager - Self-Management to lead the statewide Self-Management program and mentor staff while engaging with clients in Denver and surrounding areas.

You will supervise two advisors, coordinate training, and oversee data management and reporting. The role requires strong collaboration, travel within the state, and commitment to the BIAC mission.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least one year of program or staff management.
  • Experience teaching life skills (organization, financial management, healthy lifestyle, social and job skills, computer use).
  • Experience working with people with cognitive disabilities and/or behavioral health challenges.
  • Reliable transportation for regional travel.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to meetings and events within the state.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Self-Management program staff and mentor clients in the region.
  • Meet clients face-to-face about 1 hour weekly; support ~6 clients every six months.
  • Train clients to develop functional tasks: scheduling, pre-planning, calendars, meal planning.
  • Maintain client records in the database and document progress in Salesforce.
  • Supervise two advisors; coordinate HR, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Develop policies, provide training, and manage relationships with subcontractors.
  • Generate and submit annual reports; support data analysis and program evaluation.
