Job summary

WellPower in the Greater Denver area is seeking a Program Manager to provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centered care and strong program operations.

You will lead staff development, evaluate performance, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and partner with leadership to align services with organizational goals while driving innovation in behavioral health delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Active Colorado professional license as LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LAC or Psychologist.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical services experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience with Fee-for-Service models and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary staff, ensuring efficient operations and trauma-informed care.
• Hold staff accountable for service hour expectations, performance metrics, and timely documentation/billing.
• Support staff development through training, mentoring, reflective supervision, and evaluations.
• Conduct timely evaluations and performance conversations, providing coaching and feedback.
• Ensure clinical documentation and case management meet standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate daily operations, scheduling, and service delivery to meet community needs.
• Partner with leadership to set and monitor goals aligned with priorities.
• Lead program design and service delivery innovations to expand offerings.
• Monitor program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster team accountability and engagement; recognize achievements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and community partners for coordinated care.
• Oversee financial planning and budget management; forecast and monitor expenditures.
• Demonstrate expertise in Fee-for-Service or similar models to drive sustainability.
