Job summary

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, support program development, and maintain compliance with organizational policies. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep commitment to trauma-informed care practices.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Successful completion of behavioral health clinical supervisor credentialing.
• Must pass a Colorado Bureau of Investigation background check.
• Experience with substance use treatment and mental health.
• Proven program management and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop program staff to meet departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and funding requirements.
• Support trauma-informed care implementation.
