Job summary

Brain Injury Association of Colorado is seeking a Program Manager, Licensed - Re-entry Services in Denver, CO. This full-time role leads the Reentry program, coordinates with jails and courts, and manages clinical and administrative operations to reduce recidivism among brain-injured clients.

The position requires a master’s degree in social work or counseling, licensure (or in progress), and experience with trauma-informed care and Medicaid billing.

Qualifications

• Active licensure or expected licensure within 6 months
• Experience with substance misuse interventions
• Experience with trauma-informed care and other treatment modalities
• Experience working with diverse populations including cognitive disabilities or behavioral health challenges
• Knowledge of Colorado legal systems and infrastructure
• Experience supervising staff and developing program reporting and evaluation processes

Responsibilities

• Lead the Reentry program to facilitate reintegration of individuals involved in the legal system
• Cultivate partnerships with jails and courts and monitor grant-based budgets
• Supervise Reentry Specialists and collaborate with clinical team
• Develop training content and curriculum for brain injury education as needed
• Coordinate data management, reporting, and evaluation for program effectiveness
• Ensure timely documentation and billing in accordance with BIAC guidelines
