Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
• Two years of experience in a federal or state certified human services program
• One year of experience in a professional administrative position planning, coordinating, monitoring or evaluating services for people with developmental disabilities
• Information gathering and analysis experience
• Experience with budget review and fiscal management in human services context

Responsibilities

• Manage caseloads for Self-Direction Unit participants
• Review and approve self-directed service budgets
• Coordinate with brokers and fiscal intermediaries
• Provide technical assistance to participants and stakeholders

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
