The Arc Erie County New York seeks a dependable Fiscal Intermediary Specialist to join the Self-Directed Services team. The role focuses on managing Self-Directed Services budgets, maintaining documentation, and ensuring service compliance.

You will liaise with individuals, families, and agency staff to support smooth operations, review records for accuracy, and help coordinate launches and ongoing meetings. A NYS driver’s license and strong organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field.
• At least two years of human services and/or office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Clean and valid New York State driver's license.
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs or ladders, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a liaison between the agency, individuals receiving services, and their families.
• Manage assigned Self-Directed Services budgets appropriately.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain regular communication with individuals and families.
• Attend Launch Meetings And Other Meetings As Required.
• Help ensure regulatory compliance and continuity of services.
• Complete additional duties assigned by the FI Assistant Director or FI Program Director.
