Catholic Charities Family and Community Services (CCFCS) is seeking a supervisor for the Self-Directed Services program in Rochester, NY. The role oversees the employer of record activities, budget authority, background checks, and payroll support, ensuring compliance and quality of service.

The position requires experience with self-directed waivers, staff supervision, and collaboration with DDRO, Care Managers, and Brokers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 60 college hours in human services with at least 3 years of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, or 1 year in supervisory role or 2 years as an agency trainer.
• Bachelor's degree in human services with at least 2 years of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, 6 months in supervisory role or 1 year as an agency trainer.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and guidance to the Self-Directed Services program.
• Serve as employer of record for Self-Direction plans with budget authority.
• Perform background checks and payroll/benefit services.
• Provide fiscal intermediary services to participants and families.
• Train and support self-directed participants and families, including staff supervision and regulatory guidance.
