Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required.
• For Trainee 2: one year of experience in a federal or state certified human service program with planning/coordinating/monitoring/evaluating services for people with developmental disabilities.
• For Trainee 1: two years of experience with one year in a professional administrative position involving planning, coordinating, monitoring or evaluating services.
• A Juris Doctor, master's or higher degree can substitute for one year of specialized experience.
• Transfer rules and eligibility per Civil Service guidance apply.

Responsibilities

• Serve as RFO Point of Contact for active Self-Direction participants with assigned caseload.
• Assist Care Managers with linkage to Brokers and Fiscal Intermediaries for new authorizations.
• Complete fiscal/programmatic quality reviews of Self-Direction Budgets and issue approvals/denials.
