• Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to develop IEPs through ARD for each student.
• Implement instructional, therapeutic, or skill development programs for students with IEPs.
• Assess learning styles and plan strategies, materials, and equipment accordingly.
• Present subject matter using diverse instructional techniques and technology.
• Modify regular curricula to assist inclusion of special education students.
• Participate in ARD Committee meetings regularly.
• Select appropriate books, equipment, and other instructional media.
