Effective communication skills and collaboration with staff.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to develop IEPs through ARD for each student.
Implement instructional, therapeutic, or skill development programs for students with IEPs.
Assess learning styles and plan strategies, materials, and equipment accordingly.
Present subject matter using diverse instructional techniques and technology.
Modify regular curricula to assist inclusion of special education students.
Participate in ARD Committee meetings regularly.
Select appropriate books, equipment, and other instructional media.
