Responsibilities

• Provide fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to customers.
• Greet customers, engage with them, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers with Self-checkouts and teach proper usage of hand scanners.
• Monitor multiple self-checkouts and ensure accurate item scanning and transaction flow.
• Maintain neat and clean self-checkout areas and report issues to management.
