Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to customers per Food Lion standards.
• Greet customers by name whenever possible.
• Assist customers with self-checkouts using the hand scanner.
• Respond to inquiries and self-checkout notifications timely.
• Monitor self-checkout areas for proper usage and accuracy.
