Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate, friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet customers and use their name when possible.
• Assist customers with self-checkout and use of hand scanners for fast checkout.
• Respond to customer inquiries and self-checkout notifications.
• Monitor self-checkout to ensure proper usage and accurate scanning of items.
• Maintain neat and clean self-checkout area and report issues to the Customer Service Manager or MOD.
