Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous job-related experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist SEL teacher and related staff in instructional and non-instructional activities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor interventions and classroom supports.
• Model positive student behavior strategies for staff.
• Observe, collect data, and analyze classroom conditions to inform behavior plans.
• Provide accommodations and support in multiple settings (special ed, general ed, one-on-one).
• Support staff with data collection and maintaining records.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with team members and guardians.
• Remain calm and make quick, effective decisions in crises.
