• Support implementation of IEPs, BIPs, and Safety Plans.
• Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support in various settings.
• Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalation strategies.
• Build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Collect behavioral and academic data and assist with classroom organization.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, admins, and families to support student success.
• Respond to crises and apply district-approved safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
