Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods.
• Must be able to move from sitting on floor to standing repeatedly.
• Must be able to drive district vehicles to transportation students where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Assist SEL teacher and related staff in instructional and non-instructional activities.
• Develop and monitor intervention and classroom supports for students.
• Model positive student behavior for staff.
• Collect data and analyze classroom conditions to support behavior plan strategies.
• Collaborate with school teams to provide instruction without disruption.
• Maintain students' files/records for documenting activities.
• Monitor students in classrooms and community to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Provide accommodations in various settings (reading tests aloud, scribe, alternate locations).
• Assist in data collection and decision-making regarding student behavior.
